When starting MonitorWare Console, I get the message: "Either you are connecting to a database that is not MonitorWare Database or you don't have sufficient permissions. If the database is correct, then consult your administrator for permissions."?

I have setup MonitorWare Console as instructed by Adiscon. When starting MonitorWare Console, I get the message: "Either you are connecting to a database that is not MonitorWare Database or you don't have sufficient permissions. If the database is correct, then consult your administrator for permissions." What am I doing wrong?
If you have made all the settings as directed by us and you are still getting the above said message then the latest version of MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) isn't installed. The above said message is also displayed when the latest version of MDAC isn't installed.
This scenario also happens when the "Minimum Set" (approximately 12 MB) had been downloaded by a user. The Minimum Set doesn't include the MDAC. Please download the "Full Set" (approximately 35 MB), which includes MDAC.
If you don't want to download the Maximum Set then please make sure that the Latest Version of MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) is installed. Or Simply visit the Microsoft Download Center for knowing that what is the latest verison of MDAC. Of this writing the latest version of MDAC is 2.8. Click here to download the 2.8 Version.
